Responsibilities
You will be part of a team of Project Engineers and Project Support staff. As a Project Engineer, your role combines both technical and commercial aspects.
The objective is for you to (eventually) take on an independent role in managing projects from the initial order through to delivery. ATC is renowned for its high-quality project execution and delivery, which requires you to respond swiftly, solution-oriented, and qualitatively to information requests, complaints, and other customer inquiries. Ensuring the administrative side runs smoothly is also your responsibility.
You will work closely with all other departments within the organization (Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and the Workshop) and serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for various projects.

 

Tasks
• Leading projects from order to delivery
• Hosting and chairing internal and external project meetings
• Monitoring project scope and aligning variations (additional/reduced work)
• Contract monitoring and compliance
• Monitoring and driving project progress through alignment with other departments
• Providing all contractual documents and procedures
• Maintaining intensive contact with clients regarding all project-related matters
• Ensuring correct financial project management
• Maintaining project administration and reporting
• Performing any other occurring tasks and executing assignments that may reasonably be expected.

All tasks and responsibilities must be executed in accordance with the applicable procedures and work instructions.

 

Education / Experience
• Bachelor’s degree (HBO/HTS) or equivalent working and intellectual level
• Professional command of both the Dutch and English languages

The educational requirement may be waived if an equivalent level has been acquired through relevant work experience.
